Tri County Vendors Group is a marketplace platform where independent vendors list and sell their products. Because each vendor operates their own shop, all refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled directly by the vendor who sold the item.
Vendors are responsible for:
- Setting their own refund and return policies
- Communicating with customers about order issues
- Processing refunds, returns, or exchanges
Tri County Vendors Group does not issue refunds, accept returned items, or make decisions on behalf of vendors. All transactions and resolutions take place between the customer and the vendor.
